Drink lots of water

In order to lose weight quickl and effectively you should drink on average eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. This will help to clear the body of toxins and water and wastes.

Exercise

Research has found that a regular exercise regime combined with a proper diet is the key to successful weight loss. Walking has been said to be a great form of exercise but if you are walking to lose weight then you should walk briskly and for a period of no less than thirty minutes three to five times a week.

Be Patient

Many people want to see result immediately. They expect fast weight loss to mean that they will lose ten pounds a week. However medical professionals say that you should lost one to two pounds a week and anything more than that will be too fast and too much.
