In this day and age, losing weight and having a great body are arguably the two most important topics on everybody’s agenda. While weight loss can be a dreaded and very intimidating subject, shedding excess body weight and fat is not as hard as it may seem.

While fast food is indeed fast and easy, it makes shedding pounds a long and difficult task.

Diet plans and subscriptions to weight loss clubs are multi-billion dollar industries, however draining your wallet is not always necessary to get in shape and start looking your best. The following is a fast, easy-to-follow weight loss method that only takes a matter of weeks, as opposed to the months of required time on other weight loss plans. With a steady workout three times each week, you can expect to shed almost five pounds per month or more following this proven clinical method.

Diet Plan

FOR BREAKFAST:

  • Half grapefruit or 8 oz. Glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • 2 eggs: any style (fry your eggs in butter)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (black)

FOR LUNCH:

  • Half grapefruit or 8 oz. Glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • Meat (any style) or fish
  • Salad with sugarless dressing
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (blck)

FOR DINNER:

  • Half grapefruit or 8 oz. Glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
  • Meat (any style) or fish (gravy must not be made with flour)
  • Salad (as much as you can eat) with sugarless dressing
  • Red, green or yellow vegetables (as much as you want, exclude potatoes and corn)
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea (black)

FOR BEDTIME SNACK:

  •  Tomato juice or skimmed milk

SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Eat at each meal until you are full.
  2. Don't eliminate anything.
  3. Grapefruit is important; it starts the fat-burning process. 4. Only one cup of coffee per meal.
  4. No drink water between meals.
  5. This diet eliminates all sugar & starch. (Fry your eggs in butter; do not use artificial sweeteners.)
  6. Use butter generously on vegetables.
  7. Eat until you are stuffed. The more you eat of the proper combination, the more weight you will lose.
  8. For best results, follow the diet directly.
